WINFIELD, Kan. - Southwestern College athletics has hired a new head cheer & dance coach, Kelci Feist, to lead the programs beginning this summer and into the 2019-20 school year. Kelci Feist is from DeLeon, a small town in central Texas. She has been involved with cheerleading and different forms of dance for over 12 years, in the role of athlete or coach.
